Best buds I've ever used February 22, 2010 J. Robinson I've had these buds for a month now and absolutely love them. The design which is bent about 45 degrees allows them to sit snugly within the ear while maintaining a good seal and the the cord wrapping over the ear is both comfortable and makes them very secure. I use them regularly while weight lifting and doing chores around the house and have not had any problems with them coming out.
That said, what makes these buds great are the sound. All I can say about that, is WOW! The bass is booming but the mids and highs come through clear, without being over whelmed by the bass. If you like music with a lot of bass, I listen to punk and some metal, then these are absolutely the best buds you can get in the $50 range. I tried 4 other brands before these and none even compared.
I would and have recommended them to my friends.
Easily the best Dynamic Driver IEM I've heard so far... May 12, 2009 FLACvest (Silicon Valley, CA) This 8 Hz to 25 kHz frequency response range Dynamic Driver In Ear Monitor is one of the best I've heard of any type, either Dynamic or Balanced Armature; at any price range.
It just has so much smooth bottom end, and just enough sparkle after a 200+ or so lenth burn in time that you will really, really enjoy the heck out of them.
I do.
ALSO: I use the v-moda BLISS Large Sleeves with them to get the best fit for my ears. You may choose to do the same. They work perfectly together.
love the earbuds May 9, 2009 RR Scouter (Round Rock, TX) sound good and they are comfortable and the price was great.. for this price I can easily live with red instead of black.
Great sound, reasonable comfort April 17, 2009 John D. Butler (Lexington, KY) The sound from these earphones is excellent for the price. I like the design and how it loops over the ear. Virtually no cable noise, which is a big problem with my apple in ear headphones. They aren't as comfortable as my JVC air cushion earphones, but these do sound better. After trying out one pair, I ordered a second for spare.
JVC headphones March 19, 2009 A. Turner (portage, in usa) I do enjoy the headphones. I thought they were pretty reasonable. They came with 3 different ear pieces so you can change to your fit. Also came with a small hard case to keep them in. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because you have to put earphone wire around your ears to keep them in place. If you can get past that, great pair of ear phones-sounds is great and great noise reduction!
