I have an ipod touch 32 g 3 rd generation, and the pens didn't work! But I reported this to the company and they told they sent me a defected one and then they refunded my money including shipping and they didn't want me to send back, so I lost nothing. You have nothing to lose, but maybe your pens work or maybe not I don't know. I can say that the company got more credit in my point of view by doing such a courtesy.

The stylus it not comfortable for me to use, but for some could be helpful.
You get what you pay for. Part of my disappointment is that I am used to using a higher end stylus.

Don't waste your money. Using this device is slower than using your finger. It drags on the screen and the iPhone takes a while to recognize that its not your finger. It works, just slow and sticks to the screen.
I recommend you keep using your finger and get a tissue to wipe off your finger prints.

The other reviews probably didnt have this stylus very long. I got mine for 49 cents so its not a huge loss anyway, but after a week i was scrolling through safari when the rubber piece ripped off and left a huge scratch on my screen!!!(thank god I had a screen protector on!)I got what I paid for!
