 A very good product with a single huge flaw August 5, 2010

A major flaw in this case is that it is very difficult to press the sleep button: you have to open the flap and then locate the button. Then you have to keep on holding the flap while using the device. In fact, it is downright annoying if you use the ipod frequently in short periods or play games.
Although everything else is very fine: it is durable and looks good. If you use the ipod mainly for music/video/facebook, then it is recommended. Also to note, it is not a complete case, and may scratch the edges a little.

I wanted something other than the skin I bought for it. I wanted to have something like I have with the iPad. A cover for the screen. However I wanted something that was useable while it protected my screen. This has little magnets to keep it shut. It flips open easily. It is still usable with the case on it. I can recharge the iPod with the case on it.
I would recommend this, and have recommended it to my friends who have an iPod.
Oh, also this has a cool snap out stand. Unobtrusive when it is snapped shut. It allows the iPod to be upright.

Excelent protection for an expensive iTouch. The plastic belt clip is sturdy but would have been better if it was metal... use with care. Overall a good sturdy product.
Be careful when putting the screen protector on, it's easy to get an air bubble under the protecctor.

For less than $5 you get a great itouch case and 2 screen protectors. It's made out of real leather and has easy access to all controls. What is way cool is that I can fit it into my ipod dock on my surround sound without taking it out of the case. This might not work for everyone though so don't assume that it will. I feel that I got a great bargain!

The magnetic clasp (which is very prominent, not the way this is pictured) was too strong and started sapping battery life. Fortunately for me the case broke after about two weeks so there wasn't too much damage done.
Bottom line: don't buy this.
