when i got the ipod in the mail i was really happy. it was my first nano that i had ever had. then i tryed to turn it on it didn't work so i thought that the battery was dead and then i saw that it didnt have a charger and ear phones that it said it came with. later i used my moms charger and found out that the only way for it to work was to push the top switch down REALLY hard it worked for a few seconds. so i returned it and got my money back and bought a 5th generation nano that works great and can watch and make video take pictures and watch downloaded tv.

I bought this item about 6 months ago , it was clean , seriel number was missing form the back and the apple sign was also not there. Since it is refurb may be thats why , so it worked for a little while but then the battey wouldn't keep the charge , and it would turn off by its self during listning . The earphones that came with it were also fake cheap plastic made . I would recommend to get a new one that has a warrenty from the apple store . Sure you pay the price but it is guarenteed to work.

Purchased this iPod Nano for my teenage daugher for her birthday. Why pay $100 more for new, when pe-owned works just as well. She got what she wanted for her birthday, and I used the money I saved to throw her a birthday party.
