Sooo, I read the reviews on this product that said it made the player go bad, but guess what? i didn't listen. I bought it anyway and exactly like the others said, it looked like it was charging fine and on my second attempt at charging i unplugged the player and it wouldn't turn on. I did check to see if it was getting hot, which it wasn't for me, because one review said it felt hot to the touch while plugged in. I didn't try the car charger. Now the place i got the player from is sending me a new one but i am throwing these chargers OUT!

I had lost the little 3 inch cord that came with my sansa clip for apparently the last time. I was in a panic and couldn't find one even for purchase on the Sansa site. Then I found this one and for the price I took a chance. I was really only looking for the one that plugged into the computer but this was a bonus find. Car and wall charger plus the case. Great bargain. Only thing I've noticed is that when using the wall charger, the mp3 player has to be turned on to charge which means if I have it plugged in and leave the house it could stay on for hours or days before I get home.
