When looking for a case for my Nano 5, I wanted one with a clip. This one was perfect. Not only does it have a clip, but the arm band actually fits my small arm. I've had it for a few months and have not been disappointed. Also, great price!!

I looked high and low and wasted money on other products until I found this one! I wanted a sturdy belt clip, primarily. The arm band was secondary. I am very pleased with this purchase.
The belt clip is sturdy, made of good quality material and clips very securely. My ipod does not move while I'm running, and I am not concerned that it is going to fall out of the case.
I use headphones with an L shaped jack and haven't had any problems with the case extending just slightly beyond the edge of the ipod. It is truly a very slight extension and just offers a tad bit more protection, in my opinion. I have not needed to make any adjustments to use this product. It works as described!

I like this Ipod armband and clip. It makes it very easy for me to run and enjoy music or podcasts. The band is easy to use and comfortable, and the clip and case combination protects the Ipod well. Sweat has not been a problem for the Ipod, even with my hour-long runs in extremely hot, steamy weather. The clip also serves well when I am using my Ipod in less-athletic circumstances.
I am a happy runner now.

I researched throughly before I purchased the Griffin iClear Armband Case. The reviews were most helpful and the product did not disappoint. I'm a runner and also weight train weekly. I needed a product that protects my Ipod and was functional. This case/armband exceeded my expectations. It is comfortable and allows for easy access to the control dial while protecting the screen. I also like the clip feature which allows for easy transport when not using the armband feature. One aspect of the armband I like is that the Ipod is raised slightly off your arm due to the clip providing no direct contact to the arm and perspiration. The materials are quality and seem to be holding up just fine with daily wear.
I highly recommend purchasing this product if you are active and need a functional, sturdy armband/clip/protective cover for your iPod.

One of the best things about amazon.com is when you are looking for a product and aren't sure if it's going to be what you want, you can read all the fabulous reviews and find out the pros and cons of whatever you are looking for. This was most definitely the case with this product. I had been looking for a sport armband that 1) completely covered the screen to protect it when I am walking or running - and I didn't want some cheap film cover, I wanted a real plastic cover; 2) still had access to the controls; and 3) I wanted a stinking belt clip! Apparently they are not that easy to come by - you either get the armband with no clip or if you are lucky, you can find a case with a keychain-type hook on it. This sportband has everything I was looking for, and thanks to the detailed reviews, I knew I was going to get exactly what I wanted. I like the option of the sport band, but if it looks like rain or I'm just walking, I unhook it from the band and use the belt clip. If I'm running, it goes on the sport band and it's totally secure. I really like that the belt clip is part of the case, so you either clip it to your belt/pants/whatever or you clip it onto the sportband, it doesn't have extra parts that can get lost. I held off upgrading from my IPOD shuffle to the NANO until I found the right sportband/belt clip combo, was so happy I found this one.
