 Good Product... few drawbacks September 6, 2010

Ease of use with Windows is not as good as with a Mac (as expected) but overall, no problems and product was in good condition.

I am very glad I bought this model. It serves me well with a couple of exceptions. I have found there is quite a learning curve compared to the Nano. Battery life is not good if you intend to do a lot on the internet. As a blind user, I was disappointed to see that Apple only provided one voice for its Voice Over screen reader. I am very pleased with the quality of sound the unit puts out. Even the built in speaker isn't too bad. While there may be a few drawbacks, overall I am very pleased with this iPod.

I did not recieve this item I ordered, it made it as far as the Post Office and then it disappeared. My rating has nothing to do with the company I ordered it from, it is just that it never has surfaced yet.

It is a wonderful product. It was easy to use right out of the box. It is easy to read and use for someone that is older and sometimes has a problem with electronic things.
